Col Kyle Reybitz

Colonel Kyle Reybitz is Chief, BMEWS/PAVE PAWS Branch, Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Division, Battle Management Directorate, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Hanscom AFB, MA. The branch acquires and sustains upgrades to the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) and PAVE Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) radars. Col Reybitz also serves the Missile Defense Agency as the Sensors Directorate program manager for the Upgraded Early Warning Radar as well as development and fielding of missile defense capabilities for COBRA DANE.

Col Reybitz was commissioned through the Air Force ROTC program at Pennsylvania State University, and has served over 22 years Active Duty in the Acquisition Manager Career field.  He has held various positions in Air Force Material Command Product Centers, the Air Force Research Laboratory, The Defense Threat Reduction Agency and Headquarters Air Staff.  He is a selected member of the Acquisition Corps, has served in multiple Critical Acquisition Positions (CAPs) on Air Force Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) and Major Automated Information System (MAIS) acquisition programs, and has led program office teams through various phases of life cycle development, deployment and sustainment
