Mr. George Touchette is Maintenance and Installation Portfolio Manager, leading seven Product Lines in two operating locations to modernize, integrate, and innovate essential Maintenance systems capabilities.  GBM systems support Air Force operations worldwide; weapon systems at the Flight Line, Base level, and Depot; and Civil Engineering systems for continuous "24/7" installation management.  GBM's 30 Capability Delivery Teams provide timely mission capabilities to warfighters at all organizational levels and across all the uniformed services, and to other Executive Branch agencies.  Executes an annual $150M portfolio, leading a 400-member team.
