MAXWELL AFB-GUNTER ANNEX-Ala. -- Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) migrated to Air Force’s Cloud One on July 24, 2023.

This successful effort was made possible through a true multi-teaming effort which showcased outstanding project management, collaboration, cybersecurity, and technical capabilities between key migration team members including the PMRT Program Office, Acquisition Integration Directorate under the Secretary of the Air Force, PMRT’s O&M Contractor, Cloud One (C1) Program Office, and C1 Lead Contractor (SAIC).

The team worked together over a two-year period to migrate a very complicated system that challenged each team to their limit.

PMRT is a suite of enterprise tools supporting multiple key facets of acquisition program and financial management, reporting, and oversight.

PMRT documents, manages, and reports financial requirements to include cost, funding type and amount, and financial execution status. It provides key information for use in activities associated with the annual budget cycle, such as the Program Objective Memorandum and budget resourcing drills.

PMRT is used extensively for other program and financial management processes, such as the Spring Program Review, contract closeout and reconciliation, Should-Cost documentation, Program Management Administration reporting, and standardized and ad hoc enterprise reporting. PMRT supports over 44,373 active U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Army, and U.S. Special Operations Command, as well as other DoD agency Acquisition and financial professionals worldwide at Impact Level 5. PMRT is a key resource for SAF/AQ leadership and the defense acquisition community.
